Before You Write
One thing we have to be direct about: we cannot answer questions about your own pregnancy. We are not clinicians, we have never examined you, and we do not know your history. If you are wondering whether what you are feeling right now is labor, whether a symptom is normal, or whether you should go in, the answer is to call your provider or your labor and delivery unit. They have a number for exactly this, it is staffed around the clock, and being assessed and sent home is a completely normal outcome rather than a wasted trip.
What we can help with is everything about the site itself. If a number looks wrong, if a calculation does not match what your provider told you, if a source is misrepresented, or if something is simply unclear, we want to hear about it. Corrections to health content matter more than being right, so a specific report beats a polite one: tell us the page, the claim, and what you believe the accurate version is.
We read everything that arrives and typically reply within one to two business days. Messages that report a factual error get looked at first. If you are pointing out a mistake, it helps enormously to include a link to the guideline or study you are working from, since that lets us verify and correct it in one pass rather than several.
